New formed team looking for a head coach for Season 6!

Greetings,

My team is currently looking for a dedicated head coach to fill the role of managing and planning the teams practices, scrims and overall a leader role in the team. This team is new, young and talented. It's a lower elo team but all players are ready to practice to their fullest. Our goal is to make an area for our team to not be toxic to each other in game or during reviews ect.

Our team is ready, we want and will stay in the competitive scene. We're looking for someone who can admit when they're wrong, but can also put their foot down when need be. The job will require hard work and time, at least 3-5 hours 4 days a week. Good managing skills, along with communication skills is what we need.

(Experience will be nice but is not required.) (There will be payment if team makes it to higher elo in the future)

IGN: Purpleinfinitygx Rank: Gold V (I peaked at Plat 2 on my other account zebranation but got banned) Strong suits: Good at analyzing the game and helping with champ select and strategies for the game. Cons: sometimes I get a little carried away with my words. Like I explain a little bit too much in detail when its not needed. why would you make a good head coach?: I like coaching and I also enjoy working with players and helping them improve through time and determination.
