Team Lithium looking for Silver-Gold elo TOP laner

Hello, a few friends and I have recently made a team that's starting out from the beginning. The team is looking to be casual at the start learning the basics ect. As we move on we will become more competitive. All roles filled besides TOP. We are taking subs for other roles, but we're mainly looking for a top laner. We have a very smart coach/analyst he studies the game well and I'd say his knowledge is around low diamond. We are starting practices next week.
