Immersion Looking for a Good coach

Immersion is looking for a coach so we can improve as a team and to have a more serious feel to us. As for payment we can't offer that yet since there is no actual way to get funds to pay you accordingly until we see the team make some actual head way 1st. Payment will come once immersion gets more off the ground and we can actually start doing things that require more money etc, so we're looking for a free coach that will help us improve. We're trying to get into a high level competitive scene such as the challenger series and eventually hopefully the LCS. We have been doing flex queue to practice as a team and occasional scrims against teams when we can get the chance. My team has just formed since about a week and they're very eager to learn and get better as players.

WE'RE CURRENTLY A LOW ELO TEAM we’re only looking for great coaches players current rank is mid plat to high plat. We review all applications but to have the best chance of joining the team, you should:

Be mature, responsible, and able to act professionally; Have a strong understanding of your role(s), the game, and everything in between; Have some experience delivering LoL lessons; Be well organised and able to manage your schedule; and Be highly motivated and willing to learn;
