Are there still season rewards for ranked teams?

I.e. will there be ranked icons/borders for Ranked 3v3s and 5v5s? I know ranked teams has been on the fritz this season so was wondering if Riot is still planning on giving out these rewards (I'm guessing there will be no victorious ward based on the previous ranked 5v5s point system).
