Plat4 Support/Top Looking for Semi Serious Team

Hi I am currently a plat 4 Support/Top main looking to play on a semi serious team. I was Diamond 5 last season as a support main this is my best position. I'm looking for a team that practices around late at night after 11pm est and only about 2-4 days a week.

What i bring: I have played competitive league at some of the highest level. I also have more tournament experience than i can count. The highest I was with team Primordial we hit high diamond mmr playing people like annie bot and nightblue.
