Team Primordial looking for mid sub with possible starting spot

About Us

We are Team Primordial and we are looking to be a serious team looking to play in tournaments. This team will be taken serious by the members of the starting roaster I expect the same amount of attention as you would give a high school/college sports team we will have set practice times that players are expected to attend. Now to our roaster we currently on carry a bot lane as well as an analyst. Goals I am making this team in hopes of rejoining a tournament I played in over the last 4 weeks called the OLS. It is a LCS style tournament held by the community OlympusGamerz this of course is not the only tournament I'm interested in playing in this is only one I have on hand but I will actively be looking for other small tournaments for us to test ourselves in.

Expectations I expect all applicants to at least know the basics of their roles. Also I expect players to be on time for practice as well as tournaments like I said early this is a commitment to this team like you would to any other sports team. I expect people to be on time and in the mood for play, as well as practice their skills outside of set practice times. Players are also expected to be willing to learn new things me and Nagoto are big in trying weird stuff out like we found that Lissandra is a really strong support so innovation is always welcome. I am not looking for solo que players that can't get that mindset out of their game this is a team and it will be played as a team. No raging I hate to have to put this in because I see it as a given but you would be surprised at how many people I have had rage during team play. As a team we will not bad mouth each other in game any problems players had with the game will be discussed outside of the matches bringing up bad plays doesn't help the game it just lowers the moral of the players thus we will talk after matches about flaws where the game is not in jeopardy. As well if you want to play on this team you have to be able to take criticism well I struggle with this as well I expect other to because no one likes being told their flaws but its necessary to improve so tell me when I fuck up and miss my flash, hook, flay, ult on thresh just do it after the game.

Expectations of Me I will be the team captain and for right now the manager of the team thus players can expect from me the active search for tournaments as well as scrims. Also I am a ear that will listen if you are having problems with the team TALK TO ME I can't help what I don't know even if its your the shittiest support I have ever played with I need to know any possible problems on my team as I have said before this is a team that will be actively competing in tournaments as such we all need to be running on the same page. I will also remind people of practice as soon as I can on skype or League maybe even by phone but I don't know about that one just yet. Also as soon as we start playing in the OLS I will be watching matches and keeping up to date on other teams as well as preparing for those matches.

Style We are looking for aggressive players people who don't want to sit back and wait till the enemy comes to us but go out and find them. Now im not talking overly aggressive even though to be honest I am at times but smart aggression. We will be running fight comps that allow us to be in the driver seat and not wait 40 minutes to win the game. The shot caller who will be determined after the roaster is set will be absolute if they say fight then we fight if they say back off we back off.

Requirements Players must be available at least four nights a week for practice. We require players to be Plat+ at least by the end of last season. Not being a douche. No one wants a rager on their team and I expect players to be professional when in team practice, scrims, and tournaments there is a difference between goofing of and being bad mannered I wont have my players doing the later. You must be willing to try new things anything can be good if you saw it in the LCS and think hmm maybe we can do it bring it up say I would like to try this it never hurts.

Practice For starters this is not set in stone everything past this point is liable for change however this is a basic format on how I would like our practices to go: Sunday-off Monday-practice around 8-9pm est to 10-12pm est this day will be for practicing specific team comps Tuesday-off Wednesday-practice around 8-9pm est to 10-12pm est this day will be for trying new things Thursday-off Friday- practice around 8-9pm est to 11-1pm est this will be making comps out of our new things and/or replacing old champs with new as well as trying them out Saturday- this will be our tournament/scrim day as such start and ends times will vary Players are making a commitment to this as such they are expected to make all practice times I understand the occasional missing of practice do to a death in the family or major school assignments doe I am a college student I and I would be lieing If I said didn't expect to miss some practices doe to school work. however basic homework that you could have done before practice is not an excuse to miss if a player continually misses practice I will have a replacement for him/her also if you are going to miss practice please notify me as soon as you know so I can bring in a sub for that night just because a player is missing I don't plan on dropping practice all together
