Mid/Top laner looking for a 5v5 team

Hi, I'm Sushiman777, I ended in platinum this season, and I'm looking for a team to join for season 5. I have the most fun in mid/top lane, so that is where I would prefer to go. What I'm really looking for is a team that stays active and doesn't just quit after becoming ranked. The individual rankings of the players on the team do not matter to me. My last 5 or so teams played a few games, got into gold, and stopped playing. I really want to continue playing as a team in order to constantly improve both as a player and as a teammate.

The biggest thing keeping me from joining a lot of the teams that are currently recruiting on these forums is my availability. I have class on Tuesday/Thursday mornings, but I'm available after 12:00PM (Central US time) on those days. Also, my work schedule is a bit random, but I will be able to let you know what days I have to work at least 2 weeks in advance (this should help schedule practice if needed). However, even with those random work hours, I will always be available during the night from about 10PM to 2AM. If I am not working or at school, I am available. This means I usually have at least 4-5 hours of free time a day.

I have all the champions, so trading in champ select will be very easy. I also have a pretty big pool of champions that I play. For mid, my favorite champions are Anivia, Karthus, Orianna, Lulu, and Syndra. My favorite top laners are Gnar, Shen, Quinn, Vladimir, and Wukong. I have a working mic and multiple chat programs including Skype, Vent, Teamspeak, Raidcall, and Curse Voice.
