LF a competent JG for me to go Mid with (Silver at highest)

I'm an Annie main, but since I'm in bronze, I end up either carrying all my games or getting drug down by below-bronze level plays and comps that my team chooses. Looking for a competent JG to duo with me and grind up to Silver at least. Currently at a 60% WR overall (72% with Annie) in Bronze 4 at 74 LP.
