Creating A Serious Team To Climb With!

I am currently creating a team to try and climb the ranks with, a few necessities are Bronze 1 and above (Currently placed in B1 have not had chance to climb yet, was S1 last season), Curse Voice, as well as a serious attitude and strive to get better as a team and no raging.
