Vertex.US looking to start up a League of Legends team

Vertex.US is currently a team that is looking to expand and become an organization we have a CS:GO and Call of Duty team which both are starting to have more and more success each and every single day. There are 2 owners of the team myself and a long time friend of mine who fund the teams in tournaments and events. I am looking for all roles for this team, players must be ranked atleast gold+ in solo queue or have valid proof of them being good enough to face plat+ teams. I plan on getting a roster that I can test by entering a TMG amatuer league or something along those lines and once the team gets to the point where I feel they can win paid tournaments and leagues we will fund the team to play in them and along with that once we hit that point contracts will be given to the players so they know what they receive as payments. This can lead to a fully contracted salary wage for players if it gets to the point we feel fit. Our Call of Duty team has contracts for paid entry tournaments they have won over 8000$ as a team of 4 in the last 2 1/2 months from just online tournaments and they will be attending a LAN event in which first place is estimated to be 50,000$ in August.

Role: Support Rank: Gold 5. (Peaked Plat 3 last season). Top 5 champs for that role: Thresh Alistar Leona Braum Bard
Strengths: Very consistent, I don't tilt, ever. Leadership abilities. Able to make plays. (Stealing Baron with Alistar headbut in a 1v5 etc) Weaknesses: Sometimes get caught warding. Die when trying to save a teammate when I shouldn't. Availability: Pretty much all day until mid-september. Prior Ranked 5's experience: Played on a few teams. Thoughts on criticism: Don't mind it as long as it is constructive and serves a purpose. Why I should choose you: Been looking for something like this for a while. Very motivated. I'm only just getting back into things and have had no problems climbing the ladder. Was platinum 3 last season before I stopped (http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/35759639) , then decayed to Gold 1. Should be back in platinum by the end of next month.

Age: 18 Role: ADC Rank: Gold 3 atm Plat 3 last season Top 5 Champs: Vayne, Lucian, Ashe, Ezreal, Jhin/Cait (I prefer adc's with mobility but I play them all but MF) Strengths: Shot Calling, Laning phase, positioning in fights, map awareness, and good communication Weaknesses: I get a little frustrated when I lose to people I deem underserving to win. Availability: Anytime EST before 5 Pm Prior Ranked 5's Experience: Play with randoms with communication that are much lower ranked to get them to Gold. Thoughts on Criticism: As long as the criticism is constructive and not just saying that I didn't do well then I will always accept it. Why I should choose you: I have an understanding of viable strategies. I can be a primary or secondary shot caller for the team, and help with pick/ban phase. Age: 16 Role: Mid Rank: Plat 2 Top 5 champs for that role: Fizz Ekko Taliyah Ahri (Then its a tie between me being decent at azir yasuo and lissandra) Strengths: Strong laneing phase Always am looking to roams for other lanes And am a decent teamfighter Weaknesses: My cs is a little behind at times due to roaming so much and i'm inconsistent at times Availability: Besides mondays 10am-6pm sundays all day and wensdays 6-10 pm always open Prior Ranked 5's experience: I've been on a few ranked teams but they mostly just fall apart Thoughts on criticism: I believe its needed and helpful as long as its not saying You suck you shouldn't of did that as long as they offer a explanation its fine Why I should choose you Because I have a strong laneing phase and have good teamwork aswell as i will try to roam and get other lanes ahead. Strengths: I can adapt to my ADC and play to match their style. I also have a large champion pool and am comfortable playing many different champions as support. I do not die often but I understand when my life needs to be taken for the ADC or another teammate to live.

Weaknesses: In the past I have focused too much on shutting down the opposing carries rather than protecting my own. I have also been known to get caught out when trying to place deep wards without any prior vision.

Availability: Weekdays from 6pm (CST) until whenever at night and available all weekend (no set plans for weekends, but things will come up from time to time). My availability on weekdays is night only because I work an 8-5 regular day job, so I will not be available during the day at all but my schedule is regular so I will be available any weekday night I am needed.

Prior Ranked 5's experience: I have played in 2 organized tournaments over the past couple years and messed around with some friends in ranked 5s for fun. In the tournaments I placed 3rd and 1st (both as support). The 1st place was with a team that was put together from free agents, similar to what is being done here.

Thoughts on criticism: Criticism is essential to getting better and becoming the best. It should be constructive and honest, but done in a proper and positive way. Being too aggressive can be harmful. I welcome criticism and knowing how I can improve myself and trying to help others better themselves if I can.

Why I should choose you: I am a fun and smart player. I will be dedicated to the team and will always be looking for ways to improve myself and the team. I understand the need for vision and objective control in the macro game play. I believe I can perform at higher levels than I am at now or have been in the past if I actually play with the same people consistently and communicate with them.

Strengths: I am able to work very well in a team environment, take criticism well, early game, team fights, and following calls.

Weaknesses: Shot calling (I can't do it what so ever) and warding.

Availability: Usually anytime after 1 pm EST and other days after 5 pm EST

Prior Ranked 5's experience: I have managed Master+ tier teams. With that, I helped them prepare for tournaments, find them players, and help them with scheduling, etc. As a player, I have played on many Gold+ elo teams and have competed in multiple amateur tournaments.

Thoughts on criticism: Criticism is very much needed, but needs to be given at the right time and in the right way. In my opinion, it is best after games so that way the team can review there mistakes and in the next practice work on the overall team play or have a individual player work on it in his/her's free time.

Why I should choose you: Besides being a player, I have other talents such as basics of graphic design (link to portfolio below) and management at a high team level. For a player, I am very committed and always striving to be the best at my role.
