Gold/Plat ADC LF Ranked Duo/Team

Looking for a duo or a team to play dynamic queue with. I am currently silver 1 (just finished placements). I was platinum in Season 4, didnt play much besides my placements in Season 5, so I ended gold 3. I have been playing since 2012 so I feel like I have quite a lot of game knowledge to bring to the table.
