Plat ADC/Mid/JG Looking for people/team to dynamic queue with

Been playing for around 4-5 years now (season 2). Currently plat 5, but trying to climb to d5 with friendly peeps. Solo queue is extremely boring these days. I can play any role but pref ADC > Mid > Jungle.

Sure, I'm also Plat 5. Only real problem is that my play can be really inconsistent and that I don't really main anything.
