Looking for Silver+ players to make a ranked team

Putting together a ranked 5's team for people who are looking for some sense of community and a group of people to play with. I am looking for people who are Silver+ on flex 5v5 (not solo/duo), this way we can all climb together than have a huge gap between players. We will have scheduled ranked games, practices and even scrims with other people to help us grow as a team. i have big plans for this team, all i need is your co-operation and your commitment to this team. Favourite Position: MID/ADC Top 5 favourite champions: Ahri, Karma, Ashe, Jhin, Miss Fortune What is your availability (include time zone): When i do not work i am available on all of Saturday. When i work it would be Saturday afternoons or Nights. If i am allowed to be on the team i will go further in detail and provide the hours and schedule fo my work so i can show committment and organization. I live In Houston, TX. What you feel you need or want to work on as a player: The most important thing i feel i should work on is helping other lanes. And helping my team help others. I will have a lead and sometimes not carry it to other lanes. Or, for instance, enemy bot lane could be SUPER vulnerable but i dont force jg or mid to help secure the lead. I am good about communication of vision and summs, what i gotta work on is creating a lead with my team based on info. I hope i can play, i would prefer adc or mid, but i am always open to swapping based off the team comp we are making. Add me on lol and we can talk more over discord and such. Thank ya :)
