Looking for Silver 5 to Gold 3 Flex 5v5 to make a Ranked Team

Putting together a ranked 5's team for people who are looking for some sense of community and a group of people to play with. I am looking for people who are Silver 5 to Gold 3 on flex 5v5 (not solo/duo), this way we can all climb together than have a huge gap between players. We will have scheduled ranked games, practices and even scrims with other people to help us grow as a team. i have big plans for this team all i need is your co-operation and your commitment to this team.
