Looking to build Silverish Ranked 5s team
Looking to start a semi-serious ranked 5s team. We have a top laner and a support so we will need a mid, jungle and ADC.
The players we're looking for would be silver-ish (higher bronze to lower gold) but would be willing to make some exceptions based on attitude, desire to improve, and availability.
The most important things for people looking to join for us:

Positive attitude, this is a must. I don't care if you're challenger and would carry us to diamond. If you're an asshole, we're not interested.

Desire to improve. We want to have fun, but we also want to improve and move up in rankings.

Willingness to both take and give CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. "You suck" and "play better" are not constructive. Things like "man you need to ward if you're going to be pushed up that far" are constructive. But both giving and taking valid advice is important. When other players on the team (or you yourself) give advice it should be realized that it isn't intended to be a slam or talking down to someone, its sharing of knowledge with the intent to help people improve.

Availability. The hours we will be available are a little strange due to work schedules. After 11:00pm central time on weekdays, after 12:00pm on Friday and Saturday, and after 9:00 on Sunday. We would hope to play at least 3-4 times a week on average.

Player skill/champion pool. this is at the bottom of the list for a reason. The main goal is to have fun, winning is important but also secondary. We're not looking to be an LCS team or expect that kind of play from people we would be recruiting. But building synergistic team comps and evolving as a team and as players is a long term goal we strive for.
