D5 ADC looking for serious ranked 5s team (high plat-diamond)

I am looking for a ranked 5s team that has the desire to climb and improve. I want to play with people that are mature and are willing to take constructive criticism to improve for the team. I would prefer to play with high plat to diamond players if possible. I can play/learn any adc for the team. Leave a reply in the thread or add my smurf StunandSpank as im working on getting it diamond. if you are interested. Thanks for taking the time to read this. http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=asylumman
