Looking for plat+ top/support for ranked 5s

We are trying to get together a new 5s team to see how far we get and maybe enter some tournaments. we would like an aggressive top laner who is not afraid to go in but is smart about it. we want someone who will synergise with out jungler who likes to go in and make plays. Also be willing to just farm it out if its not possible to be aggressive. For support we are looking for something that is aggro in lane and wont play behind our adc. you need to have support mechanics (sets up creeps, wards well, can roam, knows the lane combos and strengths for bot lanes, also who is willing to go in with our jungler and make the plays. our jungler would like to shot call but you can make suggestions. Add AsylumMan (adc),senor frogg(jungle), and jingus510(mid)if you are interested.
