LFP Smurf in Silver/Gold For Duo Queue

Im currently in s5, (was s2), and this is my first ranked season, so I'm pretty new to the game. I'm not looking to get carried, However i am looking for someone who is knowledgeable and experienced who can help teach me about the game and help me improve. My goal is to get to gold by the end of the season. If someone is willing to go out of their way and do this, ill give you a mystery skin as compensation once i get into gold (or once ive felt a significant improvement because of your tips and advice).
