Looking for good attitudes for a r 5's team!

Hello readers, I'm looking for players interested in joining a ranked 5's team, able to play at least 3 nights a week (workable schedule) and willing to devote time to team discussion before and after the game. A ranking or skill level is not required, all skill levels are encouraged. In fact, that's the goal. I'm looking for a team of 5-6 random players with the right attitudes to see how far its possible to climb up the competitive ladder. I've played for several years and have played ranked on and off, but I've always been interested in pushing limits and competitive play. To me the game isn't about who gets a victory at the end, but about learning new skills and how to think in many different ways. I believe through focus, discipline and the proper strategy and player synergy, winning will be inevitable and frequent.

The point of this team will be to see how far we can stretch each others limits, the group will be small and encouraging, all players joining should hope to come out of this team having not only met people with similar interests, but learned a great deal about life as well as improved their own play-style tremendously. Skype is required. +There is one final thing to be mentioned here, I will be the leader of the team, even if your individual skill and experience trumps my own, its absolutely necessary that we communicate and you respect my position. I would love to learn from someone better than me, and I'm positive that is exactly what will happen, as everyone is stronger in different aspects of this game, there is no single thing to be good at. Even if you meet all criteria, but I feel your personality is incompatible for the purposes of the team, you will not be allowed to join - there is an overall goal in mind, to become as absolutely competitive as possible and extend the limits of what is generally considered possible.
