LF a plat+ coach/analyser to help our team improve
We want you to be able to help and improve the team, both individually and as a team. You need to have knowledge overall about the game on a high level. We want you to follow LCS and other leagues to give out info about what they do and help us improve through that. You need be able to attend at least 4 days a week for practice. You will have to be able to spectate our games so we can talk about the game after we played, what went wrong and what went good. And of course we want you to be serious and everyone in the team are able to take criticism so no hard feelings on that part. You need to be able to go back into our games if we have questions on something. You need to be able to setup tournament and tell the team prior.
