Recruiting Top/Mid/Supp for Gold/Plat team!

Hello to all who read this,

My name is Raz and I am looking to create a serious dedicated 5's team. Our main goal is improvement with a close second being winning, but you obviously need to improve to win.

About me: I am currently a Gold 3 AD main who has peaked at a max rank of Plat 5. My goal is to get to Diamond 5 at the very least and I think that is a realistic goal. I love to play with people and especially with a coordinated team. I am extremely competitive and always give 100% of my effort each game. I have a lot of experiences with teams and generally know how to run one with success, it's just a matter of finding like-minded individuals who will commit to the team.

My goal for the team:

Practice at least 3 times a week, aiming for 4 or 5. Times starting at 7 or 8 PST (to be decided by team). I would like 3 hour practice sessions minimum, again decided by team upon creation. We will decide on picks and bans as a team but generally one person will lead. If someone tells you to pick something you can argue against it, but it is the captains final decision. We will have shotcallers that must be listened too but again input is always welcome. We will not have any OTPs or people who only play off meta champs. You will be expected to play meta champs a majority of the time, it is meta for a reason and we are tying to win and improve. Once we feel comfortable enough as a team we can try to find leagues and tournaments to compete in.

Postions:

Top - Open: We will mainly expect tanks and bruiser out of this position. You must be able to hold your own in lane and effectively use TP and play the map. That means if your enemy laner uses TP you time it and try to abuse the fact that you have it and they don't. We will not usually focus this lane so you will have the feedom to do what you want in game but we do try to get early game ganks to snowball your lane.

Jungle - Filled: The jungler will be our early game shot-caller. He is a control-oriented jungler. He will place vision and try to counter jungle the enemy and force him into places he doesn't want to be.

Mid - Open: You will be one of the 2 focuses of the game. Your job is to dish out damage in teamfights and to put pressure on the map. We will most likely be running a double TP comp unless we pick a champ that won't really work well with it. We will expect you to farm well and contribute to controlling and taking objectives (I.E. Dragons and Towers).

ADC: - Filled: I will be your ADC. My job is to win lane, farm, and take objectives. Mid and ADC will be the main damage dealers in teamfights so our positioning needs to be on point. Unless someone else would like the job I will most likely be our teamfight shotcaller. That means I will call out who to focus in teamfights. I communicate with the rest of the team, probably more than I should, and I will always try to give suggestions and keep a positive attitude.

Supp: - Open: You will be controlling the bottom lane. You will decide when to engage and when to trade. We will both try to keep vision up as best we can. Tanky supports will most likely be your norm. You will most likely be our mid-late game shotcaller but that can obviously change based on peoples preferences.
