Hey all, I am Razanel. I am starting up a serious team to play ranked 5's and also play in multiple online tournaments. I accept any and all ranks. 18+ preferred but apply and if I like what I see I won't automatically reject you.

Just so you won't waste any time reading further I will post the absolute basics of what you must have to join this team:

Dedication. This will mean showing up to scheduled practices and trying your best each and every game. This team is meant to grow TOGETHER and improve TOGETHER so if you aren't there you won't be part of the team.

Desire to improve. I don't give a damn if you are the best player we tried out for the role. You WILL NOT get a spot on the team if you do not want to improve at the game. I will go into depth later on in the post.

Friendly attitude. I have been on many a team where all people do is bash others for their picks and rage. This is not acceptable at all. I understand you may get frustrated but the moment you start getting too angry is the moment I start looking for a replacement, which as stated above isn't really something I want to do. I will not tolerate anyone saying hurtful things to other players or just straight up bashing them for poor play. If you see something happen by all means please bring it up after the game has ended but be constructive about it.

Take and give criticism. As stated above, please be able to give criticism. But be kind about it. The way I deal with things is one person talks about what they saw and the other person responds to it. There is no yelling or fighting.

*I am also looking for a coach/manager to help me! I would love for a coach/manager to help me through tryouts and to build this team up!

I will add all applicants I feel deserve a tryout in a day or two. Please do not be discouraged if you do not hear back from me within a couple of hours of posting!

IGN: VG Mizore Age: 23 Rank: B1 and climbing at least attempting to Role: Support Have Mic along with skype and dolby axon willing to get other chat methods if preferred. Available 1 - 11pm sun, 5:30 - 11:00pm mon - fri and all day sat eastern time. Why I want to join: I am looking for a team that's serious about improving together but with a very relaxed environment. No flaming, that kind of thing where everyone is just chill. Reasons to pick me: Because I am always looking to improve by working on errors and picking up new champions to improve my roster. I'm also usually very chill, quiet but chill. It's not quiet as in don't talk I just get nervous sometimes and have a naturally soft voice. Do you think you can play to the standards given: The standards listed are pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. There will be no problems with this from me. What are your strengths as a player: Calm minded. It takes a lot to tilt me. I like to try and roam and make plays as well. Have a pretty solid champion pool for the role and am always looking to increase it. What are your weaknesses: Some of my strengths can double as weakness since it's more of a play style thing. but for example my objective traps can backfire if the team isn't on board and my roaming can backfire if the adc doesn't play safe or get's ganked while I'm away. I'm usually pretty good about choosing when I can and can't though. Another weakness is I get scared to go alone without any vision of them(might get caught out). So unless I can convince the team to group with me for wards or we can gain vision of them we lose some vision. I'm trying to work on this and think most of these can be improved with communication. I read the entire post. About me: I like discussing league strategy, picks and bans(especially trying to predict which team will win based off of team compositions) for pro games, anime and I've very recently started getting into Touhou. Favorite animes: Madoka Magica, Mirai Nikki, and Steins Gate. Favorite Touhou character: Remilia Scarlet followed by Cirno. Favorite Supports: Thresh(favorite mechanically) Lulu(favorite flavorfully I love her lore). Current champion pool: Thresh, Lulu, Nami, Braum, Morgana, Blitzcrank and Annie. Looking at adding Allistar, Nautilus and Kennen next. I look forward to hopefully making new friends and improving together. Thanks.

-Why do you want to join this team?: I want to join because I am looking for a team to commit myself to. I feel I will play better in a team orientated environment as opposed to a self centered one such as solo Q. I like learning, and above all.. I want to be the best at what I do. I wish to be good and have fun doing it.

-Why should I pick you?: You should pick me because I'm dedicated, intelligent, and I have a strong personality. I can stay calm during trying moments and I won't ever rage at anyone. The most I do is get annoyed at myself for being stupid.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: Yes, with 100% confidence.

-What are your strengths as a player?: I am knowledgeable. I know a lot about the game as I've been playing straight since season 1. I have good communication and I am decisive.

-What are your weaknesses?:Awareness at times. In my directness, I am sometime unable to adapt to a situation that changed too quickly. I can often be too committed to a play and then suffer if it doesn't go how planned.

-Have you read the entire post?: Of course. It is one of the reasons that I am applying. the post describes something I want to be a part of.

-Tell me a little about yourself: I am a mature and humorous individual. I often am sarcastic, but am respectful of other people. I like to ease tension before it turns into a conflict... and I really really love music in all of its forms. :)

-Why do you want to join this team?: Looking for a dedicated and serious ranked 5's team, as well as the opportunity to learn and teach the game.

-Why should I pick you?: I am committed, friendly, looking to improve, accepting of constructive criticism, good shotcaller, and good at making decisions.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: For sure!

-What are your strengths as a player?: Shot calling, Vision control and denial, mid game pressure

-What are your weaknesses?: Early game ganks are not the greatest, which is why I like playing champs with strong level 6's like Vi, Sejuani, Gragas, and Sejuani. Also I am not extremely outgoing in comms, but I do become more vocal after getting comfortable to my teammates.

-Tell me a little about yourself: I enjoy watching LCS and pro streamers to learn about the game, playing Hearthstone because it's fun, and improving my ADC because I love it! :)

-Why do you want to join this team?: I want to join a serious and committed team that can grow together and have faith in each other.

-Why should I pick you?: Because I eat Wheaties for breakfast every morning! I have a great sense of humor, and have been told by many people that I am the most patient person you will ever meet. I am also always in a state of calm. Like a zen robot. Calm and patient; you need these things on your team. In addition I am incredibly dedicated to making this work.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: I can do whatever I put my mind to.

-What are your strengths as a player?: My mental fortitude keeps me from going "on tilt" and making stupid decisions when things don't start the way we want them too. This is something I see affect a multitude of other players. I am also great at taking informative criticism.

-Tell me a little about yourself: I like being intellectual and having a good time. MOBAs are my favorite type of game by far to play, but I am kept from enjoying them to their fullest extent by the toxic nature of the communities in general. Having a dedicated and committed team would allow me to focus more on improving my gameplay and less on being an in-game therapist so my team doesn't all rage-quit.

-Why do you want to join this team?: ive been looking for a team to not just play on but learn to play as a team with.

-Why should I pick you?: im a very dedicated person if u want me on i will be on or let u know i cant a day ahead of time. i am really good about taking/giving criticism and i love to talk about mistakes and good plays after every game for 5-15 min

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: yes i can

-What are your strengths as a player?: communication i type the timer for every summoner spell i see used, i have a really positive attitude if were winning great but if were losing it just means that we can learn more from the way the other team is playing not that were a bad team, warding i have very good vision control and if i need more i will ask for it i dont just push up without vision.

-What are your weaknesses?: tp ganks bot, i dont like rumble or hecarim, i have a hard time working with junglers pretty much same problem as dyrus when i need help i as for a gank i dont tell the jungler exactly how to make the gank

-Do you consider yourself a rager?: I do not.. I get upset if i don't perform well..

-How committed are you?: I am Committed but with that being said I am a college student finishing my degree.

-Are you available Fridays @7PM EST until Late?: Define late? I am on Mountain time.. So I should be!

-Practice Hours Available?: I will let you know my changes in the fall... My summer classes will let me play most times.... anywhere after 3pm est.

-Why do you want to join this team?: I want to pay with a group of people, grow as a player and a gamer and win some tournaments!

-Why should we pick you?: I believe I add a calm nature to a team as well as make some good plays.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: I have played on a serious team like this before in season 3... I think I can handle it and rise to the level... It might take some time.

-What are your weaknesses?: Not talking up/voicing my opinion (or call) as well as sometimes missing my skillshots... but it happens to even the best of us

-Tell me a little about yourself: College student studying to be a math teacher, love league of legends, also play World of Warcraft. Really am looking for some sort of team/ group to make league competitive with and assist me in Growing! I know that has helped me in World Of Warcraft raiding.

-Why should I pick you?: cause, well, i had a great team before, and we were really good, but when i started to improve, my teammates didnt improve at all, so i got bored, cause we were losing easy games. why me? cause i m open to any sort of criticism, and i do make mistakes, but, who doesnt make them?

-Why do you want to join this team?: You seem to know what you want in your team, and they're very similar to the viewpoints i have as well

-Why should I pick you?: I've been playing league since season one. I love this game. I'm very organized and I make sure my stuff's done

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: If i was playing with you, yes

-What are your strengths as a player?: my teamwork, my optimism, my love of wards and vision control, which i think a lot of people just throw to the wayside, but it's one of the key aspects to this game

-What are your weaknesses?: I'm not the best player. I misclick. I make bad decisions. But that's why you'll never see me in a shotcalling role

-Tell me a little about yourself: I work third shift full time and go to school full time, so no matter how badly I want to make a team and and play with people, I just don't have the time to sit down and commit hours to my computer every night. However, I think if i were to be your manager, and make the weekly schedule, and find tournaments and things like that.. that I can do. I'm 23, and I'm going to school to be a biology professor. :)
