looking for serious players who knows their roles

I'm tired of the solo queue getting crappy teams, no team work, people rather getting 1 kill than saving 2 teammates. i currently main top/jg but am experienced in every role. stuck in gold due to the vast majority of afks, trolls, and just people who can't take objectives. like to form a full 5 man and eventually a competitive team down the road.
