Also as a side note offering to pay people to boost you is an offense punishable by the permanent termination of your league of legends account. Not the greatest idea to make a post about it on the official league of legends boards; of which, are monitored by official riot staff that have the ability to carry out such punishments.

Yes I know you asked people to do it for free; of which is still grounds for termination because boosting is unfair not only to people who make an honest attempt to improve their play but to your future teammates who will suffer from having someone on their team who is not good enough to be playing at their level. However, you offered to pay a skin which means it is no longer a request to do it for free as you promised the possibility of payment even if it is just a skin.

Either way asking to get boosted, free or not, is just asking riot staff to terminate your account.
