Looking for a bronze/silver team

Evening summoners. Im looking for a team to climb out of bronze and silver in the next coming months. I want a team who is helpful and who tell me straight up about my flaws but also appreciates my strengths. I main mid lane; to me, i am a great Mid laner but learning one role is never enough. So right now I am learning adc (my adc is good enough for ranked games). Just need a team who plays on weekends only because i do go to school.
