Need team for BRONZE (mic mandatory)

So like everyone else in bronze im sick of people going afk in the middle of my game. To try and get through bronze im putting together a dedicated team of players that are willing to use mics and communication to get through bronze. I already have buddies and randoms that want to be on the team but so far the only thing set in stone is me as a top laner. im still open to people who main the other 4 positions.

Keep in mind that I want this to be a semi serious team, once I figure out who the 5 people are I want to spend the summer leveling up with JUST them as a team.

What's your time zone? I'm on East coast and I work 3 to 11pm Monday through Friday

I play every role, but to be on a team with roles set in stone, i can be a flex between ADC and Jungle, being equally good in either roles. I can play during the summer between 5/6-10/11 pm eastern time. My IGN is blumoon543 and am currently bordering B1 with one more ranked win.

Don't take this as me trying to be a dick or anything but its not your team mates afking that you lose games. Its the fact that you average 150 or less cs per game, between 5 and 9 deaths and between 0-3 kills that you can't climb. You need to improve as a player before you will be able to get out of bronze 5.
