Looking to join bronze team

Been stuck in bronze for a long time now and I'm sick of getting people who troll/go AFK. looking to join a team who are focused at getting better, are chill to play with. I need people who are consistent enough to get me out of bronze but I don't want to feel like I'm being "carried" either. I am B5 and I play mostly top lane but I can play anything , support being my second choice. Hoping to fill in a premade but I will take anything I guess.
