Gold 5 Support Main Looking For Adc To Duo With Must Be (Silver 1 / Gold +)

I'm Looking for a preferable gold to duo with I am having trouble getting out of gold because I'm a support main. That's not saying I cant play other Roles I just prefer to support as I find it more enjoyable, and lately i have been getting toxic adc's/ teams because bot lane's performance. Yet i do everything possible to help my team, im constantly dropping wards in correct spots and clearing them as well, with a good ADC I can easily get them fed then roam to help mid, but i have been getting adc's the need constant watching so i cant help other lanes get ahead / catch up. My Supports - Leona , Morg , Lulu , J4( Actually Good ) , Thresh , Sona , Raka , Nami , Lux , Karma, Brand , Blitz , Ali , Annie , Cass , Cho , Janna , and Shen , are all my preferred supports , I can support Any ADC With Exception To one Ezreal, i hate to support Ezreal I will support anything before supporting him do to his weak damage output early game, along with no one knows how to properly play him at this ELO. ( If you know how i would be willing to support you in a normal before hand to see how it goes) I would also like my ADC to have one of the following chat services - Team-speak , Curse , Skype.
