Making A Gold Ranked Team for Clan tournment's and 3rd party tournment's

I am currently looking for a top we are currently trying out a different people so we dont have a set roster yet. Requirement's are you must be gold or higher Mature/ able to take criticism, willing to listen to others and learn from your mistakes.
