Looking for people to play with in North America.

I am an adult who enjoys playing League. I have a long history in gaming, and about one year's experience in this wonderful game we play. I have been trying to learn the game but I feel that my progress has stalled as a result of having no friendly and mature individuals to play with.

Games are intended to be fun yet I take them seriously enough. Even professionals are making a living as part of the entertainment world, and ego usually interferes with enjoyment, so I am hoping to find respectful people I can enjoy playing with.
