Recruiting Full Plat Team

Hey, I'm Crayonz! A plat 3 Top main. I'm looking to start a team to do competitive 5s and maybe some small tournaments.

As the title says I'm looking for plat or higher players. I won't except any lower, For the purposes of MMR. I don't want a Skewed team. So please, If you are below plat. Don't bother posting.

I'm looking for players with vast knowledge of their position. Someone who knows match ups and will be able to bring positivity to the team. Non-Toxic players. AKA Things like "I lost because **** did this." I won't except that. Were a team, we win and lose as one. It's never one players fault. I expect all players to contribute to warding (Buying pinks for you own lane, but also continuing that into the later stages of the game.)

I also am looking for players who are willing to play more toward the strategic aspect of league of legends. Like Lane swapping, Wave manipulation, XP and Gold Denial.

In the ADC position - I expect you to be able to play every marksman well, With the exception of the few who just don't work well in bot lane, Like Urgot and Quinn. You must be able to maintain good farm through out the game. Or to the best of your ability.

In the Jungle position - I am looking to make this team a bot lane oriented Team. Meaning Top will not be a lane you pressure, Or gank often. Your focus will be in bottom and mid lane. You have to be willing to play to the Team Comps. So a huge Champion Pool is a major plus. Jungle in ways is very similar to Support. After early game you become more a utility pick for the team. So ward coverage and clearing is a must.

In the Support Position - We'll being able to synergize well with your adc is a huge thing. Support is one of the most difficult positions to fill in league of legends. I'm looking for one who can shot call in the bottom lane, during laning phase. Understands all matchups and then, Itemization. I feel like alot of support players fall short in the catagory. Seeing how in most games you'll be making the least money. Picking your items wisely can very much decide the out come of a game. You'll also be expected to have great ward coverage and how to ward properly. For however the game may be going.

The team is still in its infancy stages. So therefore I am still looking at all possible positions. Until I can find a solid roster of players who mesh, and play well together. I would also like to have a coach/Annalyst To help me out with things in the future.
