[LFG] Strategically sound player looking for Analyst/coaching position.

Hey guys! Crayonz here, I'm a 21 year old male in the US, I'm looking for a very serious team recruiting a coach/analyst position. (Plat top main/Fill) >>ALL PLAYERS ON THE TEAM MUST BE OVER 18<<

Alittle bit about me We'll my name is Hunter in real life, I'm 21 as you read above. I have a huge passion for Esports - Mainly focusing on league of legends; In the past I used to watch Halo/SC2/SC1/WC3. I've always been intrigued by the more strategic aspects of the game. Outside of league of legends, I'm a woodworker, With plans to start community college in the Fall of next year. I have a very free schedule at the moment and would very much love to be on a serious team in a coaching or annalyst position.

What I'm looking for A high diamond/Challanger/Master team would be ideal, With all players Diamond+ in solo queue (I will be looking at each indivigual player's stats from last season, Not the current one since we are so early into the season.) I WILL NOT coach or be an annalyst for a team with players under Diamond, My only requirement is that all players have a solo queue rating of Diamond+. Not to bash on lower ELO players, But I'm looking to improve a group of players in a 5's aspect; Ones who already have outstanding mechanics/decision making. In closing: A dedicated group of players in the top 1% of the region who have aspirations to play in online tournaments/LCS.

My Past Growing up I played many of sports, I know how to deal with a team or multiple people at once, I'm a very understanding and kind coach, I wouldn't be bashing or demeaning a player for having a bad game. (Keep in mind this doesn't mean I'm going to hug you if you play poorly. I'll just calmly address issues, and give constructive criticism) I've ran very high up guilds in WoW so I can easily manage multiple players at once. I started playing League back in graves patch in late season 1, Never got out of silver until season 3. Recently started to climb rapidly. Hope to be Diamond soon! I have mained Jungle/Support/Top lane exclusively at one time or another. I can easily help players in those positions.

What to expect As an Analyst: I would mainly be recapping and going over footage from previous scrims/5's play. Looking for holes in the team's over all ability to play together as a team; As I would be looking at the players solo. I'd also be looking into holes in their champion pools IE: Things that an opposing team can exploit in pick/ban phase. I would be talking with the Coach/Captain of the team on a daily basis. In order to establish what the objective of scrims that day were/are going to be. That way I can look into other aspects of the game - such as comp building. During tournaments things would be different, Depending on who we were scheduled to play I would be looking into their team. Finding holes in champion pools/exploits. Maybe even spectating their games to earn a little edge on the opposition. I'm a very punctual, professional, and hard-working guy.

As a Coach: As a coach I would mainly be focused on pick and banning phases, Working to keep the team off each other's throats and setting up schedules/comps/and team cohesion. Reviewing games with the players about things that need to be worked on and fixed. Over all strategic Game-play helping them with the idea of what they will be focusing on from game to game. (Examples would be: Lane swapping, Wave manipulation, Team fighting, Splitting, Rotations etc.) I'd also be reviewing and re watching scrims/5's play much like an analyst with less focus on analyzing data for the team. More on pick/ban, comps, making sure players are comfortable, and addressing issues between the team mates.

In both of these roles I would help recruit and manage the team. In whatever way I could; If you're looking into new top laners, I can spectate games. Watch him in 5's find out if he's a suitable pick for the roster. I also like to remove as much pressure as I can from the players as I can allowing them to purely focus on their play. ** In short** I'm a plat top main with a major understand of the strategic aspects of the game, looking to improve a team and help them get to the top! I am obsessed with the strategy behind league of legends, the small things that may be so influential in the long run. I'm not looking for a sponsored team or a salary, Maybe if things looked better in the future that can be something I can discuss. Basically: Money isn't a motivator for me. I just purely love the game and want to help a team get to the top.
