Have you tried going outside and talking to people? Sharing a beer is a good way to make friends as well.

Jokes aside I have found the best way to find que partners/friends is in game. When you see someone that meshes with your playstyle or that you think is not a typical autist league player, or maybe they are just funny or make the game enjoyable, then add them and play a few games with them, see if you work well together.
