Bronze mid looking for duo/trio

I am a bronze mid who mains annie, and a few others as well. I am not the best at league, I mostly played casually in the past, but I would like to seriously play, and move up in ranked. I am looking for someone who can consistently win lane, and work together with me to win games. I have a mic, and I would prefer someone who has one as well.

I will say I have had a run of bad ranked games lately, and I would really like to change that. I am not looking for someone room carry me, but just a good teammate
