Looking for a manager to manage a serious team

Looking for a manager to manage my team we have a main roster and a sister roster as well, we have 2 coaches on the team and an analyst, we are trying to go semi-pro to pro the main team is d3+ and the sister team is d5+. We need someone serious and dedicated for this job, I will be funding the team we are still looking for a name for the team as well and I will be hiring a designer to make our website and customize twitch pages and to design our logos etc. Please feel free to comment below and let me know why you feel like you would be a good addition to the team, and if you have had experience in managing a team that is a plus!
