Looking for analyst/coach and High elo players! D4+
PLEASE I KEEP CONSTANTLY GETTING LOW ELO PLAYERS ADDING ME, I REPEAT HIGH ELO PLAYERS FOR COACHING, LOW ELO PLAYERS HAVE NO BUISNESS TRYING TO COACH HIGH DIAMOND - MASTER PLAYERS, ITS NO OFFENSE BUT AS A SERIOUS TEAM HIGH ELO PLAYERS ALREADY KNOW THE BASIC MICRO MANAGING AND MACRO SKILLS NEEDED AND ALREADY ARE AWARE OF THE META AND PICKS/BANS TOWARDS CERTAIN TEAM COMPS AND KNOW WHAT BUILDING PATHS TO GO. AND PLEASE DON'T ADD ME WITHOUT POSTING IN THE FORUMS I WILL NOT ACCEPT FRIEND REQUESTS.
I am looking for dedicated players that can play 6+ hours a day I understand we all have a life or other opportunities or priorities that are more important than league that's why I'm looking for players that have the time to dedicate for this. I have a team name already in mind and team names willing to give RP to players to change their name as well. I am serious about this so I'm not looking to waste anyone's time or waste mine as well so I need motivated players that I can push to reach our goals to becoming a semi-pro team(hopefully pro). So far I have decided to make 3 teams the main reason for this is for scrimming and to fill in spots if players can not be on for certain days also to help each other grow as team and individually. ! will be making a spread sheet dedicated to each player as we move forward as I want to take the analytical approach to this. We do have a discord and we do look for players to communicate as well you must have a mic, but we will discuss more about communication once we have our positions filled. As of right now most of our players are available most days and from 7pm est-pst depending on which state you live in so we are looking for players to play in the evening.
