I am making a new team, and I would like to find a team manager.

Hello, my name is Dan or DanNacht for my league name. I am looking to make a new team, and bring a team manager that is willing to help me find tournaments, leagues, and pave a future for this team. I'm looking to see if we have the same goals and ambitions. In the past, I've been on many other teams before as a player. While on these teams I saw many flaws on the teams within the management and players that really needed to be dealt with. With those experiences, I have the rules and ideals that can build a successful team.
