Looking for a duo to help me climb out of bronze.

Not looking to be carried, just anyone who wants to join me or help me climb out of bronze, I've got the rest of the day and while I may not be the best the last time I duo'd with a friend I gained two ranks in a day, I'd like to keep going.

I can jungle, mid, adc and support well, my top is my weak point but I'm never stuck top so I'm content with trying to improve in the other areas for now, someone have any tips or tricks they want to tell me while playing with me, great i'll be happy to listen.
