Looking to better myself in league.

I'm looking for someone or even a team to help point out with constructive criticism what I am doing wrong and how I can change up my game to progress further. I feel I am significantly beyond where I am placed byt due to trolls and othe rissues I can't seem to progress myself much further. I'm not asking to be carried as I would like to rank up on my own merrit but I would like people to play with me and point out how I can change my game play to be better than it is. I'll be happy if I can end in silver this season, and ecstatic if I can end gold.

I take constructive criticism well and am willing to admit my own faults, if anyone is willing to help me out, please add me and let's work together.
