Silver LF Non-Toxic/Ragey Ranked Team

Im a silver 5 player (and climbing).I was silver 2 last season out of promos. Winning 6 in a row and losing 4 in a row to trolls( "You banned this champ and i wanted to play it, now i'll just feed") . I'm looking for a ranked team that's serious about the game and improving. But like not too serious where you don't actually develop friendships or even joke with eachother. I would prefer a team with like an analyst or coach because that can help im

Champion Pool/ Top 5 champs: I have a broad champion pool and I'm pretty much great with any champ.

Ranked 5s Experience: Never been on a team that has finished placements

Strength(s): ShotCalling but only to capitalize off mistakes (such as taking objectives), Having pretty good knowledge of the game, can play from behind, Friendly/not "tilty", I recognize mistakes and try to learn from them.

Weakness: Playing against top tier counter lanes, I am generally a quiet person but will voice myself.

Skype, CV, or TS3: I prefer CV but can skype. Don't really want team speak because I'm not familiar with the program.
