LF Bronze-Silver Ranked Team

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a ranked team that has positive vibes and is all-in-all serious about getting better. My IGN name is leenor12 or leenor. I've been playing since season 3. I am currently in silver 5 ( just started to get into ranked in season 5) I play any roles and my schedule is quite flexible ( CST) I have a pretty large champion pool and I can play most of the champions I own.
