Looking for high elo people to help me with games

So i usually do really good in my lane either mid or adc and then my team throws all game or feeds, looking for people to help me play some or teach me how to climb low elo, was s1 last season but i get bored of ranked because i most of the time get the team that has a d/c or feeder
