Creating a serious team with plat+ players

I am looking for a group of people who like this game and want to learn how to play as a team and grow with each other. I am on almost every day after 5pm est and I want to put together a team full of that hidden talent. I have been playing for 5 years and keep up with the meta and pro players, along with doing tons of research and player development. I am looking for dedicated and serious player who want to try to get to high up in the leader boards. Extra info you want me to know: Been playing competitively since season 1 been a shot caller on every team, Yes I do main mid, But adc is a strong point for me to and I can do the same as mid lane.
