Creating a ranked 5's team with serious plat+ players

I am looking for a group of people who like this game and want to learn how to play as a team and grow with each other. I am on almost every day after 5pm est and I want to put together a team full of that hidden talent. I have been playing for 5 years and keep up with the meta and pro players, along with doing tons of research and player development. I am looking for dedicated and serious player who want to try to get to high up in the leader boards. I am very good at split pushing and outplaying hte other top laner and exerting my dominance over them. The last 12 games on my profile are losses because of the time of year. I win most of my games and even with 12 losses Im still far ahead in wins.
