Looking for bronze flex que team

Timmyfuu here, been climbing in flex que with a reasonable win rate. But I need to network a team of 5 people who eventually wanna make it to gold with me, I have a couple rules though.

Rule number one: No toxicity, no negative attitude. Don't flame teammates or opponents if they do bad, encouraage them instead.

rule number 2: adult discord chat. no 12 year olds on my team (your voice is too high pitch to listen to on mic if you're 12)

rule number 3: you need to have been playing league long enough to know at least a couple of champs and positions. Its good to have favourites, but I wanna build a STRONG team that cant just get beaten in champ select

rule number 4: no "weird champion picks" don't expect me to wanna play with you if you enjoy playing ridiculous champions. Im doing this for people who are serious about getting better
