Positive Player Anivia Main if Duo [gold 3] [Plat 3 Anivia MMR]

I'm just looking for a level headed duo partner that wants to climb as bad as I do. Really sad that I'm not back in Plat already and climbing from there. I'm pretty f**king good on Anivia even though I know there is a lot I have to improve on, it's just really hard to stay positive. I have a 60% WR with her this season with 147 games and 357 games with her last season with a 55% WR in Plat. According to some website it said my anivia skill was rated at Plat 3. I would just really like to have a duo partner that has the same outlook and always stays positive and never surrenders. I tend to feed off bad emotion and would really like a positive duo.
