Hey my name is Erik and i have tried making a team many times and cannot find the correct group of dedicated and determined people that have the same goals as me! I am looking to rebuild this org with the sole focus of getting better as individuals and as a team. I will bring in coaching staff after the team is structured. If you are interested the requirements are as follows: Must have and be able to use a mic. Must have skype! (maybe another comms platform later) MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISCM AND NOT GET DEFENSIVE. There is a difference between constructive and non-contructive critiscm but this category is proboly the most important part of your tryout process.
