Current rank does not matter. Must have a good computer and have at least 3 years in game experience. (to ensure game knowledge and mechanics)

I'm my opinion solo q rank does not matter. What matters is that you have good understanding of the game, an open mind to criticism, can be disciplined, can learn more and can rely on yourself to play your 100% no matter what.

I will not tolerate any toxicity, negative attitude about losing, yelling, flaming, discrimination, or anything I'm the sort.
