I agree with Tyrone, don't expect your team mates to carry you out of bronze.
The lower the rank the easier it is to 1v5. People always seem to think it is the opposite. People seem to think that they can't win bronze games because their teams are so bad and if they only got to higher elo they'd easily win; this is NOT TRUE. As someone that has smurfed in low elo multiple times, I can tell you that it is a shit ton easier to 1v5 the lower the elo is, which should be common sense.
It may seem unfair that you need to be able to 1v5 in order to escape bronze, but honestly, all elos are pretty much all the same when it comes to climbing; if you can't 1v5 at your current elo you won't climb fast.
Heres some pointers specific to you based on what I saw in your match history:
-
You die way too much. The more time you are spending dead the less time you are spending ganing experience and gold.
-
There is a very important stat in this game called Gold Per Minute ( GPM ). Your GPM is ridiculously low. In games where you do well you hit around 350; that is how much gold you should have in games where you are getting completely stomped. Your low GPM is a result of being inefficent. Between dying and missing last hits or not pushing towers you are handicapping yourself.

Your games last too long. 60% of your 10 games go way past what a ranked game should be going to. The longer the game goes the less impact a single individual has. This is because the longer the game goes the more time the people that were behind have to get back into the game. Once the game goes so long that everyone has 6 items it is nearly impossible to solo carry because now you are going to be forced to have a team fight which will decide who wins. If you let your games get to this point you are pretty much deciding if you win or loss on a coin flip; don't do that.

Learn what the items actually do. I see you building Lord Dominik's in a game where there is a total of 140 bonus armor between ALL FIVE of your opponents. Did you know this item only takes away BONUS ARMOR and not all their armor? That means you spent 2700 gold to remove 63 armor from the enemy. I believe this is due to people doing cookie cutter builds where they build the same items regardless of what champions they are against and what items are being built, this is a terrible habit.

If you want to climb spam champions that you are good with rather than champions that you find fun. If you think Vayne is fun to play, great, play her in normals until you are at least a gold level with her. When playing ranked keep to champions that you have a high winrate with. Once you start winning games and climing up with one champion you will learn a lot that you can apply to other champions. For example, I see that your Tristana stats are a lot better than your Draven stats but you play Draven a lot more. Draven is more fun for you probably and that is fine. Play Tristana until you get to at least silver or your winrate with her falls down to where your Draven winrate is. Stuff that you learn while playing Tristana will carry back over to Draven if you decide to go back to him. If you do decide to play him stick to normals for a bit until your mechanics with him are better. Constantly keep track of your winrates and stop playing a champion in ranked if your winrate is getting close to 50%. This is why a lot of higher elo players seem to spam 2-3 of the same champions a lot; these people figured out who they are best with and abuse it. Once you master a ROLE it is easier to then play other champions in that role; but first you need to master the role itself.
