Serious Team LF Gold+ Mid and Jungler

Introduction Hi my name is Alex but you can call me Akon or Alex whichever you prefer. My team is currently looking for a serious mid and jungler. Of course you'll be required to take this team seriously, show up at practice every day on time, and follow the meta. If for whatever reason you cannot make a practice please let me know a day beforehand or as soon as possible. We're also not interested in ragers or toxic players.

Schedule Mondays - 7:30 pm to 10/11 pm Central Tuesdays - 7:30 pm to 10/11 pm Central Wednesdays - 7:30 pm to 10/11 pm Central Thursdays - 7:30 pm to 10/11 pm Central Fridays - 7:30 pm to 10/11 pm Central Weekends - OFF

Champ Pool Each role will be expected to know at least 3-5 champs in their preferred role that I list.

My biggest problems in solo Q is not having laners who can hold or macro accordingly to a winning condition. And most Importantly, I believe the schedule works perfectly since Central time is 3 hrs behind me and I'll be able to attend every practice, every game!

IGN - xDream Rank - gold 3 Role - I can play either. Top 5 Champs - For mid, TF, Ahri, Azir, Lulu, LB. For jungle, Reksai, Elise, Gragas, Lee Sin, Nidalee. Strengths - I farm and usually trade well in lane. Not usually winning, but never really losing. As far as jungle, I look to counter jungle a lot. I like to set up wards in their jungle as well. Keep track of their jungler as best I can to set my team up for counterganks. Provided that we are the scenario favors us of course. Weaknesses - If criticism is given in a harsh tone, I do not receive it well. I have a lot of irks when it comes to the way people criticize others. I am okay with constructive criticism, but it has to be that, constructive. That means thought out. Not incomplete information to make a biased opinion. Do you have Skype with a working mic? - Yes Why do you want to join this team? - I have lost the drive to play the game. I am hoping with a team I will be again be driven to get on and play. What is your ranked 5s experience? - I have played on multiple iterations of teams with friends, but of course, when you team with the same people the same problems arise. For the most part, I learned what is important to communicate and listen for as well as how important it is to rely on your teammates. Why should we pick you? - You probably shouldn't. There is a chance I can just decide that the game is just not enjoyable for me anymore. But that is for you to decide. Until the moment I decide to not play, I will give it my best.

I've coached a gold team and 2 high diamond teams though Why should we pick you? - I bring lots of experience not only coaching and analysis, but mentality (recently held a 90-member seminar on mentality). I play with the mind rather than the keyboard

Note: While, due to school, I cannot make it to Monday or Wednesday practices, I can make the other 3 no problem along with weekends if need be. It's a long shot, but it may pay off for you as I have a lot to share and I know how to learn and teach people to learn.
